Check in was so quick and easy. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean. We were initially just going to stay one night but were so pleased with the room we decided to stay for three more nights. Will stay again. Don’t have any reservations about staying here.

We did not have hot water for showers in room 215 it was warm enough to get your shower but not hot even at 6am on Saturday morning.

Check in was easy and staff was polite. No ability to check out late so make sure your departure is on time or you have a way to roam with all your bags you may have accumulated shopping during your stay! That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Convenience staff really didn’t provide any conveniences and weren’t really nice.

Incredible stay!
Staff is very nice and polite, the hotel looks like brand new, no mold, no bad smell, no problem at all. Clean sheets and they also offer daily room service. The only small downside is that the hotel is approximately 10min walk distance from the main road in gatlinburg, but we were prepared for the cold and we walked with no problem! We knew it before we made the reservation and wasn’t a surprise after all. Just keep that in mind. 100% satisfied with everything. Gym was good as well!

The room and property was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast options and quality were not great, but overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property when visiting Gatlinburg.
