Just okay

Located in a convenient spot to get places quickly. The pictures listed were not what it looked like upon arrival. Renovations must’ve happened recently as it was very dirty inside along with debris in the front yard. There were things in the house that were broken like the closet door in the master and over half of the utensils as well as a majority of the outlets not working. The internet also did not work the whole 4 day stay and we only had hot water 2 days of the stay. Outside of those things everything else was fine

Private yet 5 min drive to the strip

Quiet area with two other cabins by, yet private. Cute neighborhood, and flat drive. Great outdoor area and the best porch! The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of towels. Place was clean and the rental cabin customer service was perfect. 15 min walk to downtown yet drive wise, 5 min to downtown strip. Great location to enjoy !

Great cabin, great location

Cabin was great overall. It was a bit difficult to find in the dark, as this unit did not have its numbers posted by the road. The sign on the cabin itself was clear and well posted and would have been easy to find during the day. When we arrived, there was no hot water. Being late on a Friday night, it took a while to get a response and I ended up finding the water heaters in the crawlspace and restarting the pilot light myself. Once that issue was resolved, everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already considering another stay in the same unit.

Very close to downtown Gatlinburg (5 minutes) but you still feel like you are in in the mountains.

Cabin rental

Cabin was pretty clean, and location was convienent, however would have been nice to have a washer and dryer also tv in den seemed to be going out as only one side of screen lit up, also very little to was supplied.

Close walk into downtown

Wanted a place to stay within walking distance of downtown where we could take our little dog with us. This cabin had what we needed and our little furry friend felt comfortable. It was clean, the check in process was easy and we enjoyed its location.

This was a great property to stay at, walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! Easy checkin process, adequately clean, amenities and kind staff to chat with. 10/10 would recommend.

Spring trip

The cabin was in a good, easily accessible location. Cabin was very dusty. Immediately upon arriving, noticed a whet appeared spilled milkshake/ice cream on walkway at steps. Carpet in master bedroom very worn with multiple rips. Back door handle was about to fall off…called property manager who came out and “fixed”. Hot tub not clean with hair in it. No posted instructions on hot tub usage (temperature, instructions for use) or hoe to turn on arcade game. I called 2 days prior to arrival to confirm sheets, towels, coffee maker, etc.. Was told I only needed to bring towel for hot tub usage. There were 5 people listed to stay on rental agreement. There were only 6 wash cloths/towels in house for 4 nights/5 days. I called property manager about how to get more washcloths (staying 4 nights). Was told we would have to drive to property management office (IN PIGEON FORGE) each day to exchange out washcloths for more! Craziest thing I had ever heard of…went out and just bought my own instead of driving from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge EACH day to get more! Cabin could definitely use a good “spring cleaning”. Will not use cabin in future trips.

Nice but out dated and dirty

The cabin it’s self is nice, the carpet is completely worn out with pieces missing and appears to be very dirty. There were cob webs in all corners and the ceiling was was very dirty. The hot tub was very low on water and could not be used. The sofa is worn and dirty and the living room tv is about shot. I called the property to get some things addressed and had to leave a voice mail. I also text and emailed with no reply. To this day I have not received a call back. I will not recommend this business (Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals) to anyone and I will never use again.

Very nice cabin! We enjoyed the hot tub 😁

We did the in person check in. I did not feel comfortable with the request to text photos of documents. The lady at check in was very helpful and have us great tips for our stay and some goodies for the kids.

Never received email with address or door code. Wi-fi did not work, no info on how to work arcade, tvs, hot tub jets only half worked, very old carpet, flooring throughout, plumbing system needs upgraded, blankets smelled mildewed, NO washer or dryer, no guidelines for checkout besides a text stating to check out, just not the experience we were used to having while visiting Gatlinburg, will not rent this cabin again.

Cabin in the Mountains

The cabin was great including the Pac-Man machine. Unfortunately, check in was very different for us including not getting the address of the property until we actually could check in. Our cabin was not cleaned when we arrived. The management company took care of it. I had booked for 5 adults, I also was told that the kitchen had pots and pans. On arrival there was 1 saucepan, 12 forks bit no placecsettings fir even a family of 2z. The management company brought us a set of pots and pans and new silverware while there on Day 2. The plates are all chipped and there is not seating for 5 adults. We enjoyed our time and especially loved playing Pac-Man.

Great vacation

Cabin was clean and just as advertised. Great location, close to town and was easy to find. Plenty of parking. We didn't do any cooking, only made coffee, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to prepare a meal. The frying pan needs replaced, though. The nonstick coating looked pretty scratched. There is no washer or dryer, which we could have used with a toddler along with us. We would recommend and stay there again.

Great cabin for a small family

Great cabin in a great location. Easy checkin with keyless entry. Cabin was clean and well stocked for our stay. The game console played an extra roll in our 9 year olds fun for sure. We had a great time.

Please was not clean. Bedroom door locked from the inside. Burned out lightbulbs. No working light outside. Tv did not work. Spiderwebs on lights. Was experience even. Will never recommend to anybody.

Very Disappointed

When we arrived there was NO WiFi service as advertised. We called the booking agency they could not help and did not know of a problem and could not send anyone to us. We saw cockroaches in the kitchen. Spider webs hanging from the vaulted ceilings in the living room. Spider web on the ceiling in bathroom upstairs. Dust on ceilings that you can see.

No hot water for same price

We did not have any hot water. The solution was either stay, get a full refund, or move entirely out of the area to another rental. With it being a very busy weekend there was no other rental we could have found. The refund would not have been done in time to even rent another unit if there was one available. The other rental option was not even in Gatlinburg. The property owner would not budge on the price, making us pay full price when we did not have hot water. I was told I would get a coupon for a free night stay from Aunt Bug's Rental but I have not. Even if I were to get it, they don't even do 1 night stay minimum. The gentleman I spoke to told me it was ok to go without bathing. Seriously not professional at all.

Cabin disappointment

First time in 15 + years that we were disappointed with a cabin in Gatlinburg. The place was dirty, including the furniture, the living room chair had food iunder the cushion and holes on the fabric, tissues under the couch thick dust and webs under and behind everything. Wall paper peeling everywhere. Closet door in living room had hole in it, juice box straw papers on bedroom floor., carpets were dirty, blinds were filthy. We couldn't find TV remotes for TVs, two of them were down in living room chair one did not work. There is no washer and driver. The wifi was not working maintance came out it fix and had no idea where box was, finally located it under another cabin, it lasted for about 11 hours and was out again, so much for that. Seriouslly needs updating. We brought friends who had never been in Gatlinburg and was sad that this was first impression with the accommodations.. This place is not within walking distance as described. The road would be extremely dangerous to walk on and it would be quite a hike. It was pet friendly with an extra charge. Glad it was one of our shorter trips and that we spent little time in the cabin. We hope that the owners will not see this as negative but as an oppurtunity to improve things for future guest

Needs some updating for the price

The cabin is not very big and no room for two couples to sit and enjoy the electric fireplace. The cabin could use a really good cleaning and lots of updating. The wall paper was peeling off the wall in the upstairs bathroom. TVs could be updated to smart TVs as well. But overall it was a great stay but no bigger than it was and the Updates needed it was a little on the high side. Instacart did deliver that was a plus.
