Air conditioning unit in rooms are horribly loud. Bathrooms need to be updated. Room view was terrible. Looked out to the garbage and roof heating and cooling units.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The only thing we would've changed is the bed wasnt that comfortable, and the pillows were really flat, oh and also the water pressure wasn't that good. All of the staff members that we met were all so nice, so all in all we would stay there again.

This is the only place we will stay in Gatlinburg because it is so nice! We love to get the corner rooms that have a nice balcony with a view of downtown and the mountains.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel location was great! Close and walkable to shopping, entertainment, and dining options. The hotel has a lot of spaces and areas for people to sit and relax.

Upon arrival we noticed a lot of hair under the sheets and asked to be switched to a different room. However, none were available. The bed was so loud and could feel every spring. Then our last day we were woken up by the housekeeper knocking on the door to the room next to us for over 10 minutes. The party had checked out of the room the day before and I am uncertain as to why the housekeeper would need to knock continuously to go in to clean an empty room. Not at all the standard we expected for a Marriott or paid for in my opinion. Do not recommend!!
