Come and enjoy the incredible views of the Pinnacle View cabin. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bath cabin. It's a great place for the whole family to enjoy a Smoky Mountain vacation!

This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Cabin has 2 Master Suites on the main level, two comfortable living areas with electric fireplaces (available Oct-Mar), a newly updated and well equipped Kitchen - including a Keurig & Drip Coffee Maker (bring your own coffee of K-Cups), and everything you could need for your stay. Both bedrooms feature large Roku Smart TVs with all your favorite apps (must log into your own accounts).

The back deck features a large 5 person Hot Tub, seating, and an amazing view of Greenbriar Pinnacle!

Downstairs, you'll find the third bedroom with a Queen/Queen bunkbed, the third full Bathroom, a wet bar, and a large entertainment area - featuring a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Multicade Game and a Large 65" TV, and the 2nd Fireplace. The sofa downstairs is a sleeper sofa, should you need the extra space!

Throughout this cabin, you'll find Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area each connected to WiFi With Roku, which provides access to apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime (log into your own accounts), and fast reliable high-speed wireless internet.

Large FLAT parking area to accommodate just about anything you want to drive and NO steps to climb to get to the front door!

Situated behind the Gary Player-designed Par 72 Bent Creek Golf course, Pinnacle View is easy to get to less than 1 Mile from Highway 321.
Yet isolated enough that there is a family of black bears that will frequent this part of the mountain.

Only a couple minutes to some great Hiking Trails and just 20 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park!
Only 35 Minutes to Pigeon Forge!

You'll have this entire 3 Bedroom Cabin all to yourselves!

We are generally available between 9 AM and 9 PM through the app anytime before and during your stay. We will respond as quickly as possible. If there is an emergency, please call 911. If it is non-emergent, we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Do not leave any trash or food outside, it will attract bears.
You are in nature and there are bears and other wildlife in the area. If Bears get too accustomed to people, they are put down. If you feed the bears, you can kill the bears, please don't kill the bears.
Keep your vehicle doors locked as bears can and will open the doors searching for food.

Guest making reservations must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the reservation

The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Should you bring more guests than allowed in the cabin you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

As with all cabins in the area, the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.

Quite hours are from 10 pm - 9 am.

We do not offer late check-out or early check-in typically. If by chance we can accommodate, there may be an additional charge.

Condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged $175 and asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages. Only fires in regards to Grills, Fire Pits (if available), and Fireplaces (Oct-March only) are approved

You will be staying in/near the mountains. There will be bugs and potential for other pests, we take precautions with regular pest control but due to being so close to nature, there are times when pests will make their way in.

We have no control over the weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature.

Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern, I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.

This cabin offers its guests a water park and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.

This Gatlinburg cabin is smoke free.
