The room had a window that faced a brick wall and the bathroom smelled like vomit. My kids even commented that the room smelled gross. Very outdated.

Staff was so helpful and friendly even before we arrived. Elk right outside our door in the evenings and mornings. Location walkable to restaurants.

Family trip to Yellowstone

Ridgeline Hotel was great! Awesome location, great for families. Clean pool, bonus game room. Amazing views and the outdoor fire pit was great! 4/5 for cleanliness only because the hotel carpet could use a refresh. It had sticky areas scattered through our our room. Otherwise 10/10. We had the best time!

We stayed in the individual 'pods' with the roof terraces offering a 360 degree view of mountains and surrounding area. Absolutely fabulous. The accomodation and design of interiors was first class and well maintained. The bed was the comfiest of our whole trip. A very easy 10/10. Wish we had a longer stay but there is always a next time.

Had a great stay. Property clean and they had fire pits and s’mores kits. Wish there was an elevator though - tough to lug all our suitcases up and down.

The room was pretty shabby and we couldn’t open the windows because the screens had holes in them. Tiny bugs filled our room regardless of what we did—the person on duty told us the little flies arrive in May and don’t leave until the first frost. After the first night of feeling them crawl all over me, he managed to move us to a different room (fewer flies) for the next two nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would not stay here again.

The property itself was excellent. Free bikes free laundry and tide detergent. Fire pits s'mores wildlife activities.Our room was right above the river, but the town Gardiner was a huge disappointment

Be sure you have your laundry finished before 9pm.

Polite front desk personnel(explained the location our room, ice machine, laundry, pool hours exc... Beautiful view. Clean spacious room. We got in a little later then planned. My wife and I got a quick supper then got back in the room and I went to do laundry in the guest laundry room. Found it locked. Asked the front dask personal why it was closed. A young man stated it closed at 9pm, directing me to the paper explaining the rules. (I didn't know about that specific time) I explained that one the reasons I chose this hotel was because of guest laundry availability. I further explained, we have limited space on the motorcycle for excessive clothes, so we must wash clothes. I was unable to wash clothes for the past 3 days. I herd the young lady behind the counter gasp when i said that. The two prior stays had unusable facilities. The young man who advised me of the rules for the laundry suggested I go down the street and do my laundry at the local laundromat. He explained they close at 10pm but I'm sure they will let you stay longer to finish your laundry. I'll admit, this enraged me to no end. Of all the gall, it's okay for someone else to stay open past hours for me to wash my clothes but not okay for me to use the hotel facilities, as a guest, past its hours. I know there's nothing that can change what transpired that evening but it definitely feels better to get it off my chest.

This lovely property was right on the edge of the park set atop the riverbank of the Yellowstone. The view is everything! Rooms are comfortable and quiet especially considering you are right in the town and can walk to many restaurants.
