A total disappointment. First off, the staff and the morning coffee were excellent. But honestly, the AC unit was the noisiest I have ever encountered. The bathroom needed a larger sink area. Poor layout. The grounds, with its promised scenic overlook was a parking lot. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast arrangement. Pitiful. A poor “budget hotel breakfast” buffet for $19. Sad. The place is a missed opportunity, not because of the staff, but by the folks who own and planned this facility. Sorry. Do not recommend.

The "mountain view" rooms are really a view of the cars in the parking lot with the mountain in the distance. I felt very deceived having rented a room for our 25th anniversary. It wasnt romantic in any way.

A little pricey for what you get. Staff was very nice but room and complex needs some updating. Windows especially need to be washed. Beautiful view but thru dirty windows and paint peeling window trim.

Okay average 2-3 star hotel room. The $15 per day “resort fee” was unacceptable. No value-add, just a way to add cost to the consumer. The $18 buffet breakfast was similar to the free cheap breakfast at many chain hotels.

Surprised no elevators to get to second floor

The website photo gave me the impression that there was an elevator to get to the second-floor rooms. To our dismay we discovered a steep staircase. We saw mostly senior customer so I'm sure we weren't the only ones disappointed.

Well maintained older property. Loved the outdoor fireplace able to view mountains & wildlife. Room was totally updated. S’mores provided along with field glass & other items to enjoy the area - Nice Touch!

We stayed in a cabin which was perfect. It had a sitting area with a kitchenette, bedroom with a king bed. There was a fireplace ( not real) which lended a nice atmosphere. Two porches, one in the front as you enter the cabin and another on the roof which was great for looking at Yellowstone. This property is just outside the Northern entrance to Yellowstone. Elk show up at night to eat the grass, right in front of the cabins. Will definitely return!

We stayed at the Ridgeline for 3 nights for our visit to Yellowstone. It was a convenient location, and our room was clean and fairly spacious. I requested a river view room, and the view was spectacular, but our room opened up to a motel-like outdoor walkway, so we really couldn't keep our curtains open. If you have mobility issues, make sure you don't have to use stairs to get to your room.
