Terrible service
When first arrived was about 145 pm asked if room ready they said no will txt 300pm still not txt so I went up to front desk and they said oh room is ready not txt was received. Then at check out asked for cart to bring down bags the front desk person Sasha told me no cannot bell person needs to even throw we were allowed to have one when we first arrived.Then waited and waited so my wife just carried everything down bell man was seen just coming up after my wife had everything to the front at the car already wow terrible service I went back to let Sasha know she was no where to be found now this was Sat Dec 8 at1150 am front desk wow was a real let down

Overall it’s a satisfactory stay at this Sheraton. The staff is friendly and it’s close to Disneyland. There is a shuttle in the front that can take you to Disney which is so convenient

Everything was very good, except the charge of $25 per day for parking! This was a surprise to me when checking in. You’re already paying for the stay and adding parking fees was not right, especially where the parking was limited due to a wedding happening in the hotel. The wedding party and guests parked for free by the way!
