Carpet was super dirty, coffee machine was dusty and water house looked moldy and there was no microwave in room which was not clearly stated when booking.

The stay was awful first we had a broken shower curtain then the toilet stopped working we told the front desk about it but they never fixed it until 9:00pm that night. House keeping never cleaned our room once while we there and we had to ask for clean towels during our stay. Also customer service desk was rude. We went to checkout and all we wanted was a printout of our receipt but they didn’t want to take the time to print it out.

Great place to enjoy with family. Our young children and teenager really enjoyed the room, water park, and overall atmosphere. The breakfast was savory. Would definitely book again.
