Before booking my stay through Expedia, I called the hotel directly to request connecting rooms. I was assured that leaving a note via Expedia would be sufficient for the front desk to accommodate my request. After booking, I left the message and received confirmation that my request was forwarded to the front desk. However, upon arrival at 9 PM, I was informed that there were no connecting rooms available. After a long day, it was too late to find another hotel, leaving me stuck in a situation that could have been avoided with better communication. The front desk had amended my booking to a double queen, claiming it could accommodate my request, which wasn’t the case, and I didn’t even need the double queen. To make matters worse, the room was filthy. The carpet was dirty, the coffee maker was unclean, and the bathroom was in a terrible state. It was nothing like the photos advertised online. The lack of communication and the unacceptable cleanliness of the room made for a highly disappointing stay. I hope the hotel management addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Room is clean but need some maintenance

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The sink in the bathroom has some dents look disgusting. And the bathroom door made squeaky noises that need to be fixed

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—check-in was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a busy day. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location is perfect—just a short drive from Disneyland, making it incredibly convenient for anyone visiting the area. Despite being so close to the excitement, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day at the park.

Terrific experience for my first stay at Delta Marriott in Anaheim. The staff were exceptional in every way. They were friendly and accommodated my early check in request and quiet room. We had 2 cars and you have to pay 29.00 for parking per night. When I expressed a bit of dissatisfaction for paying 59.00 per night at the desk- staff instantly gave one of the passes for free without me even asking! The room was spotless and I never saw any stains on the carpet like some mentioned. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud..very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We also loved the Starbucks cafe in the lobby!

My family and I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is great, across from Target and in close proximity of restaurants, shopping, and Disneyland. I have no complaints.

We stayed here for a few nights to go to Disneyland and a concert, which was perfect for our trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely renovated. Parking was convenient and close to Disney. We loved it and will stay again!
