Broken TV, towel bar coming out of the wall, shower faucet handle off the wall. Previous customer hair was all over and in the shower. Rusty toilet paper holder. Sink drain had stuff shoved down it. Spiders and bugs present. It was supposed to be Americas Best…my kids said it was the Best of the Worst!

Find another place to stay
We were unable to stay. Returned key immediately after check-in and requested refund. The floor in the room was "soft" like someone had installed new flooring over rotten sub-floor. The lock on the door was flimsy, like the room had previously been broken into. There was a giant (3 ft x 4 ft) "patch" on the wall that looked like someone painted over unfinished work. Someone attempted to paint the room but did not "cut-in" properly so the overall look was very unappealing. Not that it was warm enough, but the pool was black.

Place was made for narcotic sales and hourly visits. I walked in the room and left. I got a different hotel in a much better area where I wouldn’t get a disease or killed.

this place is the most disgusting place ever .. i would not even have my dog stay.. pool had black water plaster on walls in room no paint .. didn't stay 10 min felt so unsafe.. no lobby check in by window when I told the guy I would not stay he shrugged shoulders and said I don't care u already paid..please take this off your site

The hotel did not have a lobby. You had to talk to management through bars on a window. No smoke detectors. Holes in all the walls. Door did not close tight. Overall dumpy place.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
You could see daylight under the entrance door/not a good seal. The bathroom door did not shut. There are holes in the flooring where the vinyl planks don’t line up. The mattress is old and pillows were lumpy. It was a place to sleep, that’s it. We arrived late and had to use a window attendant to get our key. There was no one in the lobby in in the morning and it was completely locked. No coffee in the morning for guests.

This place needs to be torn down!! Management works from behind a barred window with complete separation from the public. No lobby. Checking in is like walking up to a fast food window…so odd. Sketchy area although we had no issues. It appears that people live here too. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the stained sheets until the next morning. Yuck!! Up until this point I felt that while it was in need of significant upkeep it was just okay. But after that I can’t. Pretty unsettling.

What a Dump
This place was a dump. It should be demolished and build new. Room had sent of cigarette. Pool was algae green. Attendant was unprofessional with t shirt. Bathroom door was dirty. Toilet was horrifically small. Toilet paper holder was missing from rusted fixture. Shower had no shelf to place soap or wash cloth. This place was a dump.

America’s Worst Value Inn
We checked in at 11:30 pm after a long day tailgating and going to a college football game. All we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. There were no towels in the room. Called the front desk and they were delivered by a maintenance man smoking a cigarette who looked like he was pissed to have to come to our room so late. There’s was no garbage can. No where in the shower to put soap or shampoo except on the floor. The floor felt dirty and there was mold on the shower walls and water damage on some of the interior walls. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. We left at 6:45 am just to get out of there. Should be renamed America’s Worst Value instead of Best.

Do not stay here! Stay safe
This Motel should never be offered on Hotel.com! Not a safe place. Reason I booked was because all hotels were sold out so I booked this horrific place. The room smelt of spices mixed with death. There was an inch gap under entrance door. The TV or internet did not work. I complained to front desk through an 8x8 plexiglass hole. I was told No Refund! Yes place has a pool which looked more like a graveyard of outdoor furniture in a corner! Stay far away from this place ...drive 38 minutes to Ocala! I lost my money but my safety came first!
