Indoor pool Pool was out of order, that was the whole reason we chose this hotel. Kids were incredibly disappointed. Was not told this upon check-in, instead had to find out after trying to take the kids there. Room was outdated, TV was old and didn't want to work, A/C control pad didn't want to work either. Poor sound insulation as well, heard every door slam and people shouting in the hallway. Gentlemen who checked us in was friendly, but the women the next day was standoffish and didn't even acknowledge us. The woman (I think her name was Lisa) at the coffee counter was good, she was friendly. Overall I don't think we'd stay here again.

Great staff and food but no housekeeping.
The front desk was amazing and the food and drinks at Bistro was prepared perfectly. The only downside is house keeping didn’t show up after staying there for 3 days.

I have to commend the staff because the hotel lost power at 4:30am due to Hurricane Helene and they still worked through having breakfast, coffee, provided bottled water.
