It was an OK visit.
Keys were not given to us, they mentioned that some of their Key prep Cloud technology was down and they could not get it done. Caused us inconvenience for that day. It was fixed the next morning. The Heat was not working correctly the first night. Started working from the second. Also, They never cleaned our room after first day. Bed also was not very comfotable. Could not sleep well.

Horrible. This hotel has no clue how to be hospitable. My friend and I stayed here for a ski weekend. And we were in the hot tub after, and he was opening up to me about somethings he was experiencing and we lost track of time and were in after we were supposed to be out of it, and the night manager came storming out saying we had to be out asap, yelling, saying how loud we were. He picked up a shovel and threatened us. If he came out and was like, hey, its late, can you guys wrap it up, we would have. But he was so hostile, mean, and nasty. I still can't believe we were almost assulted for being in a half hour later than we were supposed too.

Winter Storm Stuck - Second Time Staying Here
I was stuck in a severe winter advisory and storm while vacationing in Breckenridge. I knew the roads would not be good for travel and I was fortunate to get a room at the Ramada in Frisco. I've stayed here before (several years ago) and was happy to return for an overnight. The staff was friendly, nice and happy. I was able to check-in a little early which was great! The room was clean, the bed and linens comfy and I felt safe, secure and noise was minimal. I was thrilled that coffee was supplied in the room, the wi-fi was working and the continental breakfast was yummy!
