There are several excellent restaurants within a 30 minute boat ride from the dock! The home is just outside of Friendsville, and just a short drive from Lenoir City or Maryville. Downtown Knoxville is a 30 minute drive.

Knoxville Wedding Week
We had a wonderful time at this location. It was decorated beautifully and very well supplied. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very welcoming, relaxing and close to everything we needed, especially Marblegate Farms (the wedding/reception venue) only 11 minutes away. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to swim, but we enjoyed the decks and watching boats go in and out. It would have been nice to have access to the boat to explore the lake further but understand completely why that was off limits. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. Thank you for providing everything we needed for a wonderful wedding week / family vacation.

Quiet place on the lake, very relaxing. If anyone likes to fish there is a boat ramp straight across the cove. Also close enough drive to UT ballgames, which we did. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to vacation-watching the wildlife and fishing boats. Well stocked, towels, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, dish pods & liquid. Lots of kitchen equipment. Place very clean and family friendly. Beautiful home in gorgeous location.

Loved this place!
We stayed off and on for 3 weeks (while work was done on our home) at this home and loved every second! It had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. It was quiet and comfortable but lots of fun! Loved the deck for watching the boats and animals go by. My kids fished off the dock and were very excited to catch (and release) several fish. Great home! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The rental had everything we needed and we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything from check in to finding cooking supplies was very easy. Vincent always responded immediately and has a beautiful place. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay and thinking of even the little things like shampoo and soap in the showers.
