It’s needs be updated. Need new air conditioners and new showers. Toilet is okay. Outside is okay too. Bed was okay. Couldn’t figure out why the shower head wasn’t working. The internet goes off and on too. Otherwise is peace and quiet.

The tv did not work, no way to get it fixed during our stay. Broken oj machine, no tea bags. We are not coffee drinkers so nothing to drink for breakfast. Felt we should have some comp for no tv.

We were very thankful to have found this hotel, while our whole city experienced a multi-day power outage. The front desk attendant, Susan, was simply amazing--so warm, personable, and accommodating. It was a joy to see her both days we were there, and she really made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!!

TV system did Not Work

The desk people were great and tried to help us out with the TV that did not work the entire stay, but the management did not come and fix it. We were looking forward to watching Olympics during our down time but could not watch anything.

Great location but street address wasn't on building. Shower didn't drain and the tv cable kept cutting out. But a quiet and comfortable location otherwise.

Clean and comfortable

The BP Advantage may be a bit no-frills; breakfast might be somewhat slim for some, but for me, all I need is a quick coffee, toast and yogurt. The staff were especially friendly. I was traveling with a dog, and they are certainly pet-friendly. There's a great dog exercise area in a local park very near the hotel.

We stayed here while we were out watching the college World Series. This hotel is approximately 45 minutes from Charles Schwab Field, but we decided very late to go and everything was booked. With that being said this place was honestly a very easy drive. We could’ve stayed much closer and it would’ve took us longer to get to the hotel room because of the traffic. The very best thing about this hotel is the people working there are wonderful! When we left, I accidentally left my Apple Watch and charger in the room. They called me to let me know that it was found in the room, but at this point I was already on my way back home to North Carolina, they mailed me my Apple Watch and my charger! What wonderful honest people! I have left multiple things in hotel rooms over the years and not once have I had one returned to me. If I go to the World Series again next year I will absolutely stay in the same place no matter how many hotels have vacancies that are closer.
