Stayed for 2 weeks. Nor once did the cleaning ladies ever clean the room i stayed in our bring me any cleans towels or toilet paper.

Weekend Getaway spoiled by No service supplied!!

We were told if we left our Please make up our room sign on the door we would get our room cleaned, but NO service office was always looked and No Continental Breakfast was served office door alway locked. We were given half roll of toilet paper with no means of obtaining extra. No clean towels on our second day because our room was never serviced as we were told it would be!,The beds were so firm that we could not sleep. Floors were sticky on carpet and bathroom area. No Iron or Steamer available. No blow dryer. This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was not looking for perfection just simply comfort and it was not there. Please I proved on what you say you offer because it was not available!!

The motel was very clean. The shower head actually had water coming out of it instead of spitting like most places. The staff was friendly at check in, during the breakfast and at check out. The motel was maybe a minute or two from the downtown area and was quiet. We will definitely use this as an option in the future.

A winner in every way.

Great staff. Friendly and kind. Exceptional breakfast. All of the fresh fruit available was amazing. The room is very clean and decent for such a good price.

Enjoyed the stay

This was our second time staying at the Windcrest Inn and Suites. The rooms are dated; however, the location is safe, the rooms are clean, pest free, and comfortable, everything works, the neighbors are quiet, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
