As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Great Holiday Getaway
We were visiting Fredericksburg for some fun family time - wine/food, shopping/golfing, and exploring/hiking. The house was perfect- from location, size, decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed. We loved the evenings hanging out together roasting s’mores by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Prefect Place for a large Group
The house was the perfect size for our group of 7. Everyone had a bed and the rooms were great for our group. Loved the decor and one friend especially loved the coffee table book about cows. The hot tub was nice and big so that was great. It was close enough to main street that our group was able to walk into town and only took about 15-20 mins. Overall this property was great and I'd stay there again.
