Built in 1923 by Edward Stein, the Magnolia House was consistently voted one of the top B&Bs in Fredericksburg since 1991. It has been converted from a B&B and is now a premier vacation rental in which you can rent the entire five bedroom house for a gathering with friends and family or as spacious suites with separate sitting areas, fireplaces and private entrances. The Magnolia Suite is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath suite that is ideal for couples. Like all of the rooms at Magnolia House, the Magnolia Suite is spotless and well appointed with high quality linens, fluffy towels, signature toiletries and luxurious spa robes- all selected with your ultimate comfort in mind. After a long day enjoying the beauty of the Hill Country, relax with a glass of wine next to the koi pond or enjoy a soak in one of the 2 hot tubs. Recent stay

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Only recommendation is to create some type of privacy for the hot tub. This house was booked for the use of the hot tub after a long day of walking but was not used due to its location between the homes. Other than that one personal preference, we enjoyed out stay very much.
