We love the space... However, the property management added in to the problem with the stay. The Cozi group's check in was way too long, and charged you for so many hidden items. Wanted to charge you 65 dollars an hour for early check-in, and gave 2 options, either pay 58 one time or have 1000 as a refundable deposit. Very catty and unprofessional. Then they pepper you with texts, so much that you start to ignore the texts. Thats when they sent the texts about the faucets freezing. So we woke up to a room where we had no water, no way of use of toilets, showers, sinks at all. Had to call a 1-800 number. All in all, the property owner should not use Cozi anymore. Its a factory of fees and there is no personal attention or care for the property. The owner should use a more personalized service or do it themselves. The property is great, the managment is terrible. The property owner should take down all the signage and warnings and instructions off the walls in the property. It makes it very impersonal, way too focused on money, and you can't even get settled in the property before you get a text that it's time to leave and check out. All in all, it was a rushed bullied experience that keeps you tied to your phone, and never got to enjoy the house. I would strongly suggest ditching a huge company like Cozi. Nobody actually there to help, and a thousand ways to pull fees and another dollar out of you. Very misleading and disastifying
