property was very nice, but what made it extra wonderful was the staff.at the front desk, Connie, McKeiran and Dee, they were amazing. helpful, friendly, engaging. so impressed with their warmth and fun personalities. i would go back again just to see them. thank you !!!

We stay here a few times a year. Consistently terrific. A gem of a hotel. The staff is competent, friendly and accommodating. Easy to find food. Close to historic downtown.

On the way out.....

We enjoyed our stay @ the Hyatt! However, while we had the " DO NOT DISTURB" sign on our door the maid knocked and banged on the door as we were preparing to leave before the noon checkout! WHY?!?

Room was nice and large. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean and modern. But the check-in ridiculous. My girlfriend and her husband was ahead of me and my BFF. She stated she had reservations. But he didn’t look it up first instead asked if we all going to be in the same room. Disgusting. All he had to do was check her reservation and would had seen she reserved a king bed with two in the room. The other clerk didn’t offer to check me in instead did check someone that came in after us. He asked my girlfriend if she wanted to join the Hyatt club but didn’t ask me.

They were short staff and because of it they lacked in a lot of area, 1. They did not have a enough food out and prepared to accommodate the guest, I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the same problem every morning. 2. Bathrooms were not stocked and dirty 3. Our rooms were not cleaned. This is the second time in a row I've used Hotels.com and nothing but issues with the hotels they recommend. Ive places complaints with them and they just ghost you.

One of the best service we have ever had!! Front desk people where wonderful, helpful and just fun! We will be back! Hotel was very clean, spacious rooms and clean! Only down side was the pool was very small.
