Great for Family Easter Weekend with Teens

We came to find wildflowers and explore Fredericksburg with our two teens. The house was SUPER clean and well-organized to find things easily. The living area was nice and big with really comfy couches for group TV watching. Two nice-sized eating areas. Outdoor area was AMAZING. We enjoyed the patio furniture, camp fire area, hammock and wish we would have had more days to use the grill. Easy drive in to town. Not far from a mini-mart came in handy. Our teens loved it. I'd love to come back here for a girls weekend with friends. This is a great property!!

Perfect Girls' Weekend

We did a girls' weekend for my best friend's birthday and this place was amazing. The weather did not cooperate with our outdoor plans, so it was wonderful to have such a great space for staying in. The hot tub was perfect on the cold nights we had. The beds and couches were comfy and we had an easy time getting an Uber for our dinners out. We are definitely planning to come again.

Absolutely lovely property! The host has thought of everything and the backyard is superior! Comfortable furniture and perfect lighting. Beautiful potted flowers. Awesome Girls Weekend

The property was as described and featured. It was clean and well appointed. We did not lack for anything - kitchen was well stocked; shampoo, body wash, tissues and q-tips were even provided/supplied in bathrooms. It was a Girls Weekend and we enjoyed the hot tub (beach towels provided), sitting outside in the gazebo area which was very comfortable, as well as playing corn hole toss game (which they supplied). Very comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and amazing! The owners are very gracious in their communication. The perfect venue for our gathering.
