The room we had was very nice. On the other hand, there was almost no hot water to take a shower. My problem is that the front desk knew there were issues on the second floor and yet they put us there anyway, knowing that they had issues.

The hotel was recently renovated. The finer details were definitely missed. There was white paint or plaster all over the place, including the hallways. The trim in the bathroom was very poorly done. It’s a shame because the room was very comfortable, but it was hard to miss these poorly done touches. On a side note we wanted a Pibb from the machine. It turned out to be a Dr Pepper and was six months out of code. Breakfast not too exciting. I would stay here again.

The check-in process was very quick and effortless. The room was clean and updated - I really loved the flooring! The bed and pillows, however, were terrible!! Made for getting a good nights sleep almost impossible.

The only good thing I can say is that Chris at the front desk did a great job at check in. Shortly after being checked in I went to my room to rest after a long drive. The cleaning smell was pretty strong but seemed to get a little better with turning the AC up. There was hammering directly above me so I left to go eat. At night, the strong bleach smell got worse until my eyes were burning at about 1am. Finally fell asleep at 2 with blankets over my head. The hammering started again at 8 am. I did not see anything on Expedia about the hotel being under construction. There are tarps on the roof and I’m guessing there was an issue with water damage. Awful night.

This property is beautiful, clean and offered good service. Everyone was very polite and cheerful. The breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again it was a great value.

Great spot 1/2 way from MA to GA
This is a great mid way point for our trip south from MA to GA. Easy on/off the highway and options for late dinners surround the hotel which is helpful. The room was nice and quiet. Comfy bed. Nice pillows. Great shower/bathroom

We are Loyal Hampton Inn fans - this one was up to par. Small Complaint that the shower stall had black discoloration along the edge. I don’t think it was mold but it was not in keeping with the cleanliness of the room in general we’d stay again!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to splurge and get a hotel with a pool. Upon arrival, there was a girl on the sidewalk laying down with belongings, I assumed she was waiting for a ride. Upon getting inside, the front desk was rude and even made sure to tell me that I had only put 2 adults on the reservation. I assured him it was 2 adults and a child, he said you said 2. I said yes, 2 adults, to which he demanded to know how old the child was, I assured him he was 13. I assumed the man was having a bad day and tried to let it blow over in my head. After, We checked in and immediately went to check out the pool, soooo disappointed! We understood there was renovations but there was paint chips in the pool, bugs floating all over, the filter wasn’t running because there was not enough water. There was huge hairballs floating. We begrudgingly went back upstairs and took the elevator, only to find cracks in the floor, garbage in there too and it just felt dirty. And the girl who was outside lying on the sidewalk was now laying in the entryway charging a phone. Upon arriving in our room, that was sub par, smelled new as far as paint and carpeting however, wasn’t clean. You could see they simply painted over dirt and tile. As this was also a pre birthday stay for our son, this was a total waste of our money and I sure wish we had spent $188 down the road somewhere else.
