It was fair. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. The breakfast was ok but nothing out if the ordinary. The laundry facilities were a rip off don’t use them. For every wash or d y we did we were charged 2 or 3 times

We have stayed at a lot of hotels including Extended Stay. My husband has always been able to check us in with my card. This time he wasn't. I had to go in and also provide license plate number-no big deal. Got into room, handicap but absolutely no necessities. No ice machines, no soap/amenities in bathroom. We ordered ice and other items from door dash so we made do. I also luckily had soap and shampoo from hotel we stayed at before. We did get ice trays but no use right away. And no remote but we did request as well. Animals on premises, no big deal but there was a stench throughout hotel I would not mention what it smelled like. I think hotel is fine for long term like designed but definitely not for a night or last minute. Oh and where our room was the elevator was heard non stop all night. Hotel, however, is very close to interstate.

This is a hotel that welcoms travelers with pets which is exactly why I chose it. However there were two dogs across from my room that barked loudly for quite some time. It was quite annoying. Also the room I stayed in was not clean. The bottom of the bathtub was dirty, and there were cobwebs under the beds.

I did not stay and very disappointed. I arrived at the North location and she nicely tried to guide me to your location. It was not entirely your fault that I did not stay at South. Traffic at 4 pm is annoying and when a single driver trying to find a location after dark is frustrating. I traveled around until 7:30 ! I traveled down I-95 and stayed at Ashland. It was impossible to call youon phone! I had street info but could not find the street. Your map, phone number should be clear.. I was alone and trying to drive and see street signs!
