Everyone in your group will enjoy sipping wine while getting ready in the GLAM ROOM! Great for bachelorette parties or girls' getaways. Plenty of space for a group of friends/couples. You will love hanging out by the backyard firepit or in the TWO living room/sitting areas. Nice bathrooms and comfy bedrooms each with its own smartTV. This house has all that you need for a fun, memorable and relaxing trip. Great location situated between main street and all the best wineries.

You can access the entire house via a simple keypad entry. It is fully furnished with all you need for a great getaway. There are three bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed
Bedroom #2 has one queen bed
Bedroom #3 has one queen bed.'
The living room has a full-sized pull-out bed.

The Living room and all bedrooms are equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV connected to Wifi to watch your favorite shows and movies on demand.

There are 2 full bathrooms - please note there is no ensuite bath.

Full kitchen with electric oven and stovetop, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and anything you would need to make a delicious meal if you decide to have a night in. Dining room table seats 6. After dinner enjoy a glass of wine in the cozy sitting area or by the outdoor fire pit. Plenty of plush towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner and bath items provided. The home is furnished with extra comfy sheets and bedding. Extras in house include hair dryer, iron and board, and a few board games are on the shelf in the linen closet.

Outside is spacious and provided is a charcoal grill with utensils. The fire pit is a nice addition during the evening (propane not provided - if propane tank is empty a replacement can be exchanged for $15 at Walmart, AceHardware, or nearby gas stations).

There is an HEB grocery store or Wal-mart 3 minutes away.
The house is super close to main street and all the best restaurants and night life.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a nice walk to downtown and easy access to everything we needed or wanted. It was nice that neither bathroom was attached to a bedroom, so no one felt like their privacy was being invaded. We would properly stay again for the convenience, but we did have a couple of comments. We were there during the week and there was quite a bit of street noise as people were heading to work. Nothing horrible, but people should be aware of it. The kitchen could have been better stocked with baking pans, cutting boards, hand towels. The propane tank for the fire pit ran out, so we bought a replacement. When we try to use it that evening the pit would not stay lit without continually pumping and holding the starter. The place had been cleaned, but the first person to use the shower found long hairs in the shower and the fridge had not been wiped out. There were also no bath hand towels in the primary bath. There were check out instructions for the trash and laundry which couldn't be followed because there was no outdoor trash can or laundry basket. The trash was piled up from the previous guests when we arrived. I know it may sound bad, but we would give it another try.

Spring break get away
The house is located in an older neighborhood close to a major intersection. You can hear the traffic early in the morning. Parking in the driveway is not convenient. It’s better to park on the street. The floor didn’t feel clean and the carpet rug was not vacuumed. The rest of the house was cleaned. The master bedroom is facing the front of the house so you can hear the traffic. We didn’t have WiFi during our stay but the owner did warn us. She did schedule someone to come fix the WiFi but we already have plan and we couldn’t wait for the technician to come. Because of this, we were having a hard time using our devices. The living room, bathrooms and bedrooms were good size. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Perfect Girls Trip!
Absolutely the perfect location and style for our girls trip! We had so much fun and can't wait to come back again. Glam room was amazingly perfect for 5 girls getting ready in the morning, and we had great communication with the host, they were super helpful, but we didn't need much, because everything was organized and well thought out. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a good time here and would recommend the property. The good: Everything within the house is first class. It is extremely comfortable, spacious and has a good location town (not walkable to the shops, but still in the heart of it). The house also offers good value to compared to others in town. There's really room to spread out. Washer and Dryer worked well. TV/entertainment center is great. The not so good: The neighborhood isn't great. The house is opposite an apartment building and a 24-hour fast food joint. It's also located at the intersection of three very busy streets. The traffic noise was considerable. We'd consider staying here again.

Perfect Location and Incredibly Charming
My husband and I , along with two other couples who we travel with often and are our closest friends decided to rent this house for an adult getaway in Fredericksburg. We have rented many different properties in Fredericksburg in the past and genuinely enjoyed our stay at the Grape Getaway Haus. It’s charming, in the perfect location for easy access to shopping and dining, and we had no problems at all. The property owners communicate extremely well and we all felt very welcome. We are looking forward to our next stay here! P.S. The glam room is awesome!
