Front desk team is very friendly and accommodating. Couple of tips. Ask for a room away from 270 S. Pool gate tricky, need to lift and pull!

The lady that we checked in with was very accommodating with us when the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and was able to give us a new room quickly.

Wrong room and no sleep

When you pay nearly double the price to have a bigger corner room and you get a regular room on the first floor with 500 motorcycles staying at the hotel. Getting any sleep was minimal and were told by the front desk to please be patient with the motorcycle noise at all ours of the night.

Quiet comfortable room but hotel needs work

The bed was comfy, it was quiet. We are frequent visitors and the past three trips we have had to call maintenance for the a/c once, the refrigerator secondly and this trip the water in the shower was nonexistent. No water at all. The hotel is in bad shape, needs updated. Will stay somewhere else going forward.
