Wonderful 2 bedroom Fraser condo with modern furnishings

Winterstar is located in Fraser on the free winter shuttle and close to the Safeway grocery store. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed.
This spacious unit has wonderfully modern furnishings and a gas fireplace in the living room with an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen and dining area. There is a small private deck with mountain views. The full kitchen has newer cabinets, appliances and countertops and overlooks the dining area. A small bonus room is located off of the living room with a twin sofa sleeper and a good spot to relax
The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower and walk-in closet.
In the second bedroom there are 2 twins and access to the common hallway bathroom.
Amenities in unit: Wi-Fi access, private deck, gas fireplace, views of Winter Park Resort. No air conditioning.
Amenities on property: Outdoor hot tub, heated garage access for 1 car with electric car charging station.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring a pet. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

A couple of things didn't work.
The property was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work. The property manager quickly sent a tech over to repair it. An hour later he got it working. Later we tried to turn on the heat in the unit but it did not work. There were no maintenance personnel available so we were moved to a different unit. The move was fairly disruptive to our stay. The new unit was not entirely to our liking.

The check in process was timely and they couldn't find my reservation. It wasn't too terrible but we did find the reservation and we were able to move forward. With our stay.

Clean, nice. Underground assigned garage with 110V outlet available (EV charging in description is the 110V outlet). Hot tub is not right by condo but within 1 minute walking distance. Hot tub was not hot though when we were there.

Fine for the price point
Townhome was clean. Furniture was comfortable but the master bed was horrible - super hard. The kitchen barely had the basics to cook. With a few small adjustments it could have been a much better stay - need a full size coffee pot, a small grill and more than two glasses. It was fine for the price point.
