I had 2 suits. BOTH had issues. 1 had no oven, and though advertised and paid for there was not a bar service(rm 105)and accessible shower has mold on floor. The other suit had 2 sinks with WATER RUNNING AND NOT SHUTTING OFF!!! FOR 3 DAYS. STAFF DID NOTHING.

Always check the room they put you in right away.
Upon check in they gave us the wrong room. We had a handicap accessible booking cause someone is in a wheelchair but they gave our booking to a bunch of people partying until 6 am. The woman could barely use the bathroom and get on the bed. The second day they gave us the original booking we had. Which made it more comfortable for her.

The power was off for most of my visit. I enjoyed the room up until then, didn’t get to shower or use the pool or even eat breakfast. The staff was amazing and attentive but really disappointed a great night turned out badly.
