Our American flight was delayed on 8/14 and we had to agree to fly out on 8/16 on a rebook. We made a reservation at Best Western in Frankfort and hit the refundable option. Due to a need to return home sooner than 2 days later we went to airport desperately trying to find a flight and were able to fly out on 8/14 with Condor and tried to cancel room on 8/14 hours after making the reservation without success, even asking for a waiver due to need to leave on 8/14 and were denied.

The location was a walking distance (3 mins walk) from the Frankfurt (Main) Gateway Gardens - Metro stop where you use S8 or S9 to get there easily to Frankfurt main station and 1 stop away from the airport. I had an early flight so booked there for 1 night so it was very convinient getting to the airport in 15 mins. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and extra pillows. It has a small kitchenette with free coffee and tea. Most importantly everything was clean. The staff was very helpful and the check-in/out was fast.

Staff is horrible. I spoke with various BW Employees and none of them could handle simplest requests. Also - the hotel is 2,5 km from the airport in the middle of nowhere so if you cannot walk best is to book something closer.

Very close to the airport and train station. The hotel had a gym and a laundry and was close to a supermarket and restaurants. The only downside was the air conditioner would not get to less than 24 degrees. Good value for money

Really confortable room, bed, shower and pillows. Restaurant was serving only pizza so we just walked 2min to the Hyatt and got a nice meal. Will stay again
