This Moxy is like all others, funky with fun options in the lobby like games & interesting seating. The 24 hour bar is great for getting a glass full of ice to enjoy a cider or cold water in your room. My only issue with this location was that they no longer had the ability to provide air conditioning, because they don’t think people want it mid October. I had a terrible time sleeping in a stuffy room.

This hotel was perfect for me and a friend for a one night stay in Frankfurt. It is centrally located to mass transit and easy to get to the airport by train or uber. The room is really small, but we didn’t need much for the one night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff downstairs at reception were great and when I called for more pillows they arrived quite quick. I love the 24hr bar downstairs in case you get in late or get up early and want to grab a drink or coffee.

Great lobby, basic room
Pros: Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Underground parking is easy with limited spaces, but appreciate the opportunity to get a discount. Accessible room had lots of room for the wheelchair to manoeuvre. Free WiFi works well. Central location (close to mall). Good price for 1 night. Cons: Lights in bathroom were broken as was the sink plug. No simple amenities such as a kettle, wardrobe, coffee, etc. Room looks unfinished and basic compared to pictures online. Overall the hotel lobby aesthetic is great, the staff are great but the rooms are very basic and although the cost is fair, compared to our stay in Cologne with another hotel, it was the same price and we got more for our money. Wouldn't personally choose a Moxy again.

Great location and per the Moxy brand a super contemporary hotel. It was clean and within walking distance of all the major sites. We landed from the USA early in the morning and the staff was so awesome and got us into our room by 10:00AM. I would highly recommend!

Perfect stay! Central location to explore the city (everything walkable). Super nice lobby/bar area with terrace. Very nice staff. Soundproof rooms. Loved the mix between funky atmosphere/decor and comfort. Also great buffet breakfast. Just not big fan of the concept of reception at the bar, even if the staff manages perfectly the level of service and involvment on both sides, and thanks again to them for this extra mile approach!
