Located right beside the shopping center of Frankfurt. 24hr food and drinks at the hotel was great for late night cravings.

Terrible customer service
The door to the hall didn’t close. They did not honor my Gold Bonvoy Status. I fell and sprained my ankle due to poor light in the courtyard and they did NOTHING to help. There are very young unprofessional people working here who have no customer service experience

Totally fine!
This place is funny. The brand tries a little too hard to be “hipster cool” but that said, this location is excellent. So easy to get to from Bahnhof and so many cute neighborhoods lead into it. Hotel was clean and comfortable but there wasn’t a single amenity in sight, so don’t expect much in that dept. It did its job of sleeping us and showering us with no complaints but zero frills either.

Staff was welcoming! We’re able to get us into our room early than expected! Hotel is very conveniently located in Frankfurt. Bathroom vanity was small but room was a great size! Great stay.
