Plan your vacation this year with a brand new 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome, in the Ocean View Beach Club Community, just 2 miles from Bethany Beach. This new home offers a modern kitchen and huge island with seating for 4 and all the essentials like a microwave, blender, and coffee maker. A dining area with a table that fits your whole group.

The Master bedroom, on the first floor, boasts a private bathroom with a shower, and a king bed new to the 2025 season. The second bedroom will come with a queen bed, and the final bedroom comes with a queen bed, new to the 2025 season. All bedrooms will come with tv's. Updated pictures will be coming soon!

The loft offers a large lounging area with a sectional sofa. A 55" TV, game table with seating.

This property will also come with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, outdoor games, and coolers.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Renters may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle.
Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
