I had a late check in, early departure that morning, so the family and I showered dressed and left for the day. When we returned, the room had not bee cleaned. The linens had not been replaced. We dropped out keys at the front desk stating that we were leaving early and asked if we could get any money back. They stated that since we were leaving past 4:00, they could not pro-rate anything to us.

I had never been to this Wyndham and was skeptical going into a older building, but when we walked in, it was a nice surprise. Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Alana checked us in as she was so friendly, sweet, helpful. When we opened to door to our room we could hear the water fall in the lobby and the sound was so relaxing. Parking garage is well lit. We will definitely stay here again whenever in town. The only down fall, is the text service they never got back to me with requested information.

Great hotel with a friendly staff!
Very lovely hotel! We got in late but they have a bar and they were still serving food, It was very good! I’m the morning they have a full service restaurant. Would definitely stay there again!

The property does not do daily cleaning of rooms. Theywweks do not bring in new towels, empty trash or make the bed. Dirty towels in the halls, stains on floors. Elevators not working. Trash in stairwells and wall paper and walls smashed in in stairwells. In short, everything a hotel should be it is not. The one redeeming feature is friendly desk staff.

Wasn’t the best stay I’ve had out of three times
No towels or toilet paper in room plus it smelled of smoke or something like that seemed like a window was busted out and they put plywood over it and then put a wallpaper over it to try and hide it plus at the bar the kitchen was closed for lack of help and booking with hotel.com breakfast is apparently not included

The elevator didn't work so you had to use the service elevator . Then the service elevator entrance is locked at a certain hour. So you have to use the stairs . Limited parking , so You have to walk all the way across to the sketchy parking garage across the street . You get what you paid for tho I guess. Pretty old hotel , very i outdated . You get what you pay for I guess

I NEED that bed!!
Our stay here was incredible! The building is so cool - featuring a waterfall down the elevators that are glass! The property was gorgeous. Also, by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life!! I literally tore the bedding off to take pictures because I NEED that bed! I slept through the night and for the first time in awhile woke up without my back hurting. Everyone was very kind and the hotel and room were very clean.
