Very loud bar all afternoon and evening s. Use of microphone at bar (bingo time) during day time was loud and annoying and very unnecessary. Hopefully the second pool area will be quieter when it’s done. The location is great and staff was very helpful and friendly.

For what they've been through they're doing pretty well. Just still cleaning up hurricane damage. The room itself was top notch. Beautiful and clean. Bar was nice and the food was good.

Beat up older hotel (suspect likely hurricane damage contributing to a lot of this). Moderately clean. Good location. Has parking. Front desk staff relatively unfriendly but overall easy check in. Lively bar did shut down promptly for quiet hours. Was actually quite impressed with this as I was a bit worried it might not due to the amount of activity that was going on. Unfortunately there were several drunk people around, including a particular group who was obnoxiously loud— yelling, cackling, and drinking well into the wee hours of the morning. I think hotel staff must have eventually told them to pack it in, but I was surprised how long it was allowed to carry on for. Pool unheated and only open until dusk.

Checked out a day early bc of the noise from construction & loud dump truck traffic. They sent me a new receipt showing we only stayed the 3 nights. I now have a receipt that shows a lesser price than I actually paid. I hope that Hotels.com will look at this and extend a refund for the day I wasn’t even there. Love the property for a future stay (very future) but they shouldn’t be having guests right now during the construction.

My only comment is for DJ and live music at tiki bar to be not so loud and until late at night. Since all rooms face the tiki bar it’s hard to relax inside the room w music blasting loud.
