The repair/remodel (from the hurricane) has made it very nice. The room had a very comfortable bed, & the pillows were different so I could choose the one that was comfortable to sleep. I would book again if needed. Vending machine for snacks was empty, but could have been due to the storms. There’s plenty to do close by.

This is the first time I have used a kiosk with a remote front desk clerk to check in and check out. There is also an employee at the front desk but more for information purposes, the front desk employee does not handle money, room keys or registration. The room was comfortable and clean, there is no carpet which is important to me these days. The TV did not work initially and housekeeping came to fix it. The next morning, the TV did not work again and I did exactly what housekeeping did to try to get it working but it still did not show the cable stations. The breakfast is ALL Carbs, which does not work for me.

Never have I ever check in a hotel thru a “machine” there’s no person in front desk , you talk to the agent and and check in thru a machine kinda like an ATM, even the keys are dispensed thru this machine. Very interesting
