The area around the property is mostly commercial/ offices but just a little down the road there are some shopping centers with food options (bagels & a Flannigans). Parking is paid via an outsourced app (not a fan). Felt it was a safe area.

I was staying there because I had a procedure at the Cleveland clinic. I was woken up at 7:00 because of power tools. I didn't get much sleep because of the prep for my procedure. When I called to ask why the front desk told me that the roof was being worked on. i was on the 3rd floor and there was 6 floors. i can only imagine what it sounded like up on the 6th floor. But I was told only 2 rooms complained. The toilet wasn't working. Everytime I had to flush it I had to take the tank lid off and wiggle the plunger. The issue with that was that I was preparing for a colonoscopy. Had to flush often, not able to have someone come to fix it. The front desk clerk said she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through Expedia. Didn't have a pleasant time or experience.

This hotel is excellent. The only thing I missed was a usable WiFi connection in my room. I mentioned it and they promised they would look into it; I believe them.
