Great for couples.

Having 4 bedrooms with baths attached was amazing. Also the half bath was very convenient. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning was the best. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

2nd time staying!

This is our second year staying here and it was perfect! Just as it was a year ago. We love watching the ocean all day and my husband and daughter were able to surf. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Best house on the island!

From the moment we walked it, we were amazed, the breathtaking view of the ocean greets your eyes as you step in, then you see the high end features of a wonderful custom kitchen. Every bedroom has its own personal bathroom, there is still a half bath for visiting guests and such. The ocean is just a couple steps off the deck which makes it nice to get right to the beach and enjoy the island. Center of town is a couple quick blocks walk to get there, where you can find great food, friendly locals, and the pier. We will be back and this house raised the bar for what we are looking for. The management team was very responsive and quick to respond to questions as well.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This beach house went beyond our expectations with a beautiful view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The layout was excellent for family time with lots of extras including a gathering room and sitting nooks for quiet time. It was obvious the property has been updated.

Perfect Beach House

Summertime is a roomy beach house with great views of the ocean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Plenty of room for meals and hanging out as a family. Convenient location and short walk to restaurants etc.

Girls' Weekend

First off, the view is spectacular and the location cannot be beat! We walked to town several times and enjoyed visiting Bert's Market which was very close. The bedrooms were spacious, and each had their own bathroom. We were able to congregate comfortably in the kitchen and in the living room. We would definitely return!!!

Just wonderful-could have had nicer weather

Had a wonderful time. The inside of the house was so nice-room for everyone and so pretty. The outside needs some work. the railing going to the beach was wobbly. The deck is in need of a nice stain. I would definitely go back.

Really nice property in a convenient location.......great views! Layout of the home is awesome....ideal for multiple groups. Some minor deferred maintenance in a few areas but nothing that stopped us from having a great time!

Great Beach House on the Beach!

We are a group of 6 women, we loved the house. Amazing views, just a few steps from beach, great deck, lots of space for cooking and lounging. Beds however were very hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend new mattresses and pillows, otherwise a terrific house.

Nice oceanfront property in Folly Beach

The location of this property is great...situated on the ocean and within walking distance of the center of town. The home had ample space and a nice deck to enjoy the ocean view. We found the home to be a bit cluttered with so much furniture. It would have been helpful to know that there are no beach chairs or beach towels available on-site, especially for those flying in from out of town, in order to make arrangements for chair rentals ahead of time, if desired. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Beautiful house with lots of natural light

Beautiful beach house with lots of natural light and a wonderful getaway spot with friends. Short walk to the main restaurant/shopping area. Spacious main areas and deck to watch the ocean. The owners have made some of the updates suggested by earlier reviews (e.g. toilet paper holders). It could use a little TLC: new oven that preheats faster, better water pressure in the shower, and more easily controlled heat/AC.

good location

4 bedrooms right on the beach is great. House gets lots of light. Could use some TLC however. VACASA property manager said we wouldn't be able to check in early because of their special Covid "deep cleaning". So I was surprised to arrive and see layers of dust in certain areas. Little things like scuffs, torn bedspread, fixtures broken off the wall, and a kitchen with nearly 100 knives but no salt, pepper or sugar. The house is great if you want to enjoy the beach and aren't looking for 5 Star refinement. Easy walk to town and restaurants.

*Great location *Great view * The beach house is tired and needs a lot of work done -interior needs painted -walls with nicks and marks -toilet paper holder off the wall -blinds are bent and broken -carpet very worn and needs replaced -hardwood floor needs refinished -closets were cluttered with stuff -exterior wood siding coming off -exterior needs painted -plastics bottles and wrappers on the sand around the house
