One of Folly's Best! Palm Cove is a 2 bedroom 1 bath 3rd floor condo located in the Turn of River community. Just a walk or bike ride away from Center Street and all the action, or oceanfront with your toes in the sand. If you prefer relaxing by the pool this condo complex has a community pool for your enjoyment! Inside upgrades include all wood floors, remodeled bathroom, stainless steel appliances and modern furniture! The back porch is screened in and perfect to enjoy sunrise or sunset with family and friends. The sleeper sofa allows this condo to easily accommodate 5 with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Cozy and updated this unit is sure to have you wanting to come back time and time again! Palm Cove does not allow pets. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence.
