This property is located in a quiet residential community and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the ocean and Center Street. Recently remodeled and furnished with fresh, modern decor, this home gives an upscale beachy vibe throughout .

Perfect for several couples or two families. The second floor consists of a bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The first floor offers a Queen bedroom, Double bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds and one full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, appliances and table settings for those times you choose to dine in. Extra bath towels, linens, basic toiletries and soaps, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, a Keurig coffee maker. With keurig cups available to start your first morning at Folly.

Cable tv and wi-fi internet is available. Outdoor propane gas grill is available.

You will also have a large parking space, accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Onsite parking is a plus, as parking downtown is limited and pricey. So relax and enjoy the casual lifestyle Folly is famous for, without ever moving your car!

This home is within walking distance to everything fun on Folly, Center Street - featuring lots of shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston is just a 20 minute drive with beautiful historic landmarks, world renowned shopping and restaurants!

Folly Beach Family Vacation

Excellent Property

We stayed for a girls weekend trip in Folly Beach and had an amazing time. The host had several added extra amenities for our use and the property was in a great location to walk around Folly! Would definitely stay again!

Spring Vacay

Location was excellent! Easy walk to Center Street. Hostess was easy to communicate with for our stay. She had a wonderful coffee station. House was clean and had more kitchen amenities than usual. She had some breakfast drinks in fridge. The ice maker broke day of arrival. She went and purchased bags of ice and had it set up in a bowl with a scoop. So we could quickly start our vacation and no trip to store. The house had fun games for our family to enjoy. Do not overlook this gem. It is a great place for a Folly Brach trip. Thank youn for having us. Hope to be back soon!!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Folly Beach. This house is centrally located to downtown and easy access to beach. It was a very comfortable house that had everything we needed and fit our family of 7 perfectly. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they came right out and had it fixed. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Amazing Host, Home, and Location

Tammy went out of her way making sure we were all taken care of! When we arrived, to our surprise, all the hygiene products like deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner, sunblock, aloe, and etc were in the bathrooms!! Any issues that might of occurred were taking care of instantly. Would 100% stay here again. Dana and Family

Exceeded Expectations

The house was even nicer in person than the photos showed and had everything needed to make it feel like home! From cooking basics like oil and spices to crockpots and even unopened toothbrushes and travel sizes body wash, this space exceeded our expectations. The location was phenomenal and the host was super easy to communicate with! Would love to come back and stay here again :)

Amazing stay!

We had a group of 9 stay here for a bachelorette party. Tammy was great to work with and very accommodating. The house was equipped with everything that we possibly needed including toiletries and coffee. It is a quick walk from the Main Street and the beach. Charleston is only a 20-minute drive from the house. I highly recommended this house!

Perfect spot for a family group

The house has a quiet location with easy walking access to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with every pan, appliance and utensil to settle in for easy cooking and a king size dining table to accommodate a group. Charleston sightseeing is a 15 minute drive away if you tire of sand castle building. Great family stay.

Folly Beach - Great Location, Great Amenities - Almost Perfect

We had a group of six recently stay here for our first visit to the Charleston area for a long golf weekend. The owner was great to work with, very responsive to all questions and the home was ideal for our needs - although quite a drive to play golf. The owner has done a great job of providing the "little things" to make for a great stay - little bathroom kits with toothpaste/brushes, bath accessory kits, etc. - great touches to make it feel very home-y. Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked (even had frosted mugs!). Only suggestions would be outdoor seating/grilling options and hooks in bedrooms for towels. These were relatively minor, would stay again if in area or recommend to anyone looking to stay on Folly Beach.

Better than expected

This property had it all. Was stocked with everything that you could possibly need, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and even coffee! The decors was abundant and made this property feel like home. Very well designed and decorated on the inside! Was a little bit more than I wanted to spend, especially since it was a good 10 min walk to the beach, but more than made up for it on the inside! If you’re looking for quality, spaciousness, location to the “main drag”, a a high end property, THIS is the spot!

Loved our stay

We had a great time at Folly Beach and highly recommend this house. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. This house does not feel like a rental. It feels like your good friend let you stay at her house and completely stocked it for you, making sure you felt welcome and at home. The owner is sweet, accommodating, responsive, and flexible. It was a short walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Folly. We took a fishing charter and the meet up was two minutes from the house. Everything was so convenient. It was my son's 11th birthday and he thanked me for the amazing trip over and over. I highly recommend this house and Folly Beach.
