Everyone I interacted with was very nice. My only complaint was that the desk that was in my room had clearly not been cleaned because it had grease and crumbs on it when I got there.

If not for the odor -
The hotel staff was outstanding; however, the grilling odor from the nearby Hibatchi restaurant permeated our hotel room number 505. It made our sleep uncomfortable and was just plain unpleasant. Not sure if it was our location or not. It’s a shame, too, because the hotel has undergone some lovely renovations.

Nice hotel
Clean hotel, new room, friendly staff. Only downsides are limited parking and if you have pets theres not much space to walk them (but waste bins and bags were provided). Overall would recommend.
