Everything was very nice. We were dismayed that due to hurricane Debby the water was on a safety alert. Bottled water was provided but we were uncomfortable using the tap and shower water. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past few years. This last stay you could definitely tell the difference. Property is not kept up as well. Tub wouldn’t drain hot water ran out quickly and common areas were not as clean as in the past. The breakfast was very minimal not even a piece of fruit which is all I usually eat.

The staff were terrible, literally laying on the tables falling asleep. The inside was hot and stinky like mold. In our room the bathroom door handle fell off and you couldn’t close the door in fear you would get locked in.

Not as good as last stay

The view out our window was the back of the main hotel sign Room 213 We had 3 people on reservation . Our room had 2 bath towels and 1 face cloth. Areas of hotel were dirty. Staff was efficient but not real welcoming with the exception of the breakfast lady. She was friendly and breakfast was good.

Very Disappointed Stay

The breakfast food horrible, fruit rotten, food choice horrible. Elevator dirty, floors was stained, need cleaning and vacuum and was basically nasty. White Female front desk worker was unfriendly and I felt by her attitude it was an imposition to ask her a question. Door to room (424) would not close, had gasp between door joints. I was forced to slam door shut to make sure it was securely closed

I love the cozy and comfortness of the rooms, the breakfast was decent, the staff was friendly, hospitable, and professional. The access key is not working for the pool area from the outside and the courtesy washer was broken but everything else is good.

Not a bad hotel. Not a good hotel. Your average, "I'm on the go a lot" kinda hotel and just need a place to stay. Get what you pay for, but totally fine.

Ck in easy, old inside and well used . Elevator dirty around edges ( not vacuum. Lower floor and lobby had a smell of cesspool overflow problem. Room was old but clean .
