Hot hotel,missing waffles.
The room thermostat was set at 84°f. Way too warm, reset thermo to 68°f in room. And rest of hotel(halls) was just very very too warm. Breakfast was very good, would have liked those Belgium waffles, which they had the irons for, but was too to whip up the batter for.

The elevator is on the other side of the wall and all night when someone used the elevator woke us up. The AC turning on and off woke us up as well.

The hotel was clean with a comfortable room. Couldn’t swim after waiting over an hour for someone to unlock the door to the pool. Breakfast was great with variety.

Front desk worker was amazing and very nice. Outside of hotel looked ok. Our room was awful. We walked in, saw a bunch of disgusting things, and walked back out. Front desk was very helpful helping us cancel. We continued driving and stayed about 30 mins down the road instead.

We liked thr indoor pool that was our biggest draw. We had a good experience a few summers ago and returned. This time one dining room staff was rude and wanted to put breakfast away with guests fixing their plates. I have never been at a hotel that a staff member acted like that. Most go beyond and wait and ask if people are through.
