My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary along the beautiful Oregon coast, and we were fortunate enough to stay at Hotel ABC. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, providing us with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk were warm, friendly, and very resourceful. A special thank you to Angelic, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, my wife twisted her ankle during our trip, and climbing stairs became difficult for her. Angelika was quick to assist us, helping us switch to a wheelchair-accessible room. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference during a challenging moment. We are so grateful for the exceptional service we received and highly recommend Hotel ABC to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay along the Oregon coast. Thank you again for making our anniversary memorable!

Room was essentially in the “basement” of the building with one small window for natural light by the door yet was charged the same as elevated rooms with a balcony, sliding door and a view.

It was a speedy check-in. Complimentary breakfast was a good value. Room was alright. We didn’t have a balcony, and the bathroom could use some updating and maintenance. It was clearly a former ADA room that might have been previously ADA compliant but maybe not anymore? IDK, but it was still decent. Great little fridge and microwave, tv could use an upgrade and update. Great location to Florence and though it’s a bit noisy and an odd spot being right on the road it was not noticeable from the room. Much better than some of the other hotels in Florence proper that must be a lot noisier and really busy on the main drag in town. Will certainly be back and can’t imagine picking another spot anywhere near Florence.

Our room garden level room was very musty. We were kindly moved by staff the second level at our request but we found the replacement room to be stuffy as well. The shower in that one leaked out onto the bathroom floor and had the hot and cold water faucet plumbed backwards.

This is probably the worse Best Western we have stayed in and we have stayed in many across the Western US. The room showed its age and there were only certain aspects that have been updated. The floors are of thin fake wood paneling and creak, the ceiling is painted over popcorn (old 70s style ceiling), base boards were worn, alarm clock did not work, coffee maker was missing the filter tray, could not find the thermostat control for the room, and so on. Many rooms do NOT have the river inlet view due to trees and bushes. Breakfast was nice with fresh omelets. Front desk staff was unwelcoming and did not make for a good starting experience. No elevators btw, not that all BW have them. Some rooms in dark areas of the facilities.

Please note, there is no elevator. So you will need to drag your belongings down stairs if not on first floor. Angelica was very kind to give us a wonder room with a beautiful view of the river. She also catered to us when we ordered door dash and offered us to sit in the closed dining room. She was very attentive and nice. Breakfast was yummy, better than most.

Recently renovated, rooms are very nice, clean and mattresses are very comfy. Only downside is rooms have no air conditioners. Do have ceiling fans though. Overall a very good deal. Has a pool, hot tub and sauna as well.

This motel offers super nice service, a good location if you're on your way up or down the Oregon Coast and/or if you're visiting Florence. Just a little face-lift would go FAR to improve this property--prune the huge shrubs that hide views of the estuary, new paint. Breakfast buffet generous but teen-aged omelette makers need some help--the eggs were so salty and greasy that they were inedible.

This place is a wonderful, low key but beautiful place to stay. Amazing beds. Nice view, and my doggie loved it too! I have stayed here many times and glad to see it hasn't changed much!!!!

This was our first time at this location. We stayed in the pet friendly room. It was quiet and we liked the balcony views. The room was dirty and the floor was slanted. Made us feel like the room could collapse. Shower was great. One bed was rough and one was okay. Not sure if we will stay here again. The closeness to the dunes is pretty hard to resist if you have family playing on them!
