Fabulous little hotel an easy walk from all the tourist sights. The staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. The breakfast was great. The room was spotless and comfortable and quiet. It’s a 5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station, trams to the airport, and all mainline trains. Really can’t fault it and I would definitely stay again.

This place was in walking distance to a lot of the major things in the area. Lots of shopping and food around. Very very close to the train station with a 24h McDonald's around the corner if you needed it. There is a laundry place down the street also. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good lots of options. We would stay here again!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I stayed in room 105 which had direct access to the terrace. It was simply incredible. The room was spacious and modern with a touch of traditional Italian vibes. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Especially the roasted tomatoes and homemade pastry. The hotel was a 3 min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station (the main station in Florence), 5 min walk from the Duomo (Santa Maria di Fiore), and 2 minute walk from the central market. I could not have pictured a better location. One of the best parts is all the hand painted elements in the hotel, were done by a local artist which has her studio two doors down from the hotel. It was amazing to go into her studio and see how she made the art on the walls in the hotel. I would not recommend this place enough! This is THE hotel to be at when in Florence. I can not wait to go back and stay at this hotel and explore more of this beautiful city.

Awesome little place to stay - was perfect for our 2 night stay in Firenze. It is right next to the train station and close to all the areas of interest, but in a quiet and discreet little road. A robust complimentary breakfast and coffee every morning, room is clean, air conditioned and equipped with everything you could need, 24 hour secure front desk, and a nice ambiance. Worth it for the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English well. They had our room ready early which was much appreciated. Room was clean, nice breakfast with good selection. However hotel hallways and rooms are dated and stuffy. The AC which we had no control over would come on and off on its own and when it went off the room was stuffy and warm.

The air in the room was not working which made it very hard to get a good night sleep especially with a toddler. Every night we were waking in the middle of night sweating because the air just stopped which we couldn’t understand. We spoke to the front desk for them adjust the air but it would just stop working. We did not care too much for the air conditioner during the day since we were out exploring but after a long day, it would have been nice to get a good night sleep in nice comfortable cool room.
