Staff were very nice overall. Average in terms of hotels. Can tell it was an older hotel that they tried to renovate to look more current. Very strong smells of air freshener in the room and hallways. Room itself was not as clean as it could have been. Dirty hand marks on the shower walls, indicating that they did not really wipe everything down like you would expect, especially in the bathroom! It was ok for the fast visit we made while driving through late, but would not choose to return in the future.

We had two big spiders in our room. One when we closed the curtain and the second the next morning when we went to grab a towel. Cobweb and loose hairs in the bathroom. Not what I expected for the price we paid. Breakfast was good though!

Room was cleaned and comfy. Elevator made a weird noise when we used it. Please get that checked. Also the elevator was dirty, which made us scared of how the room would look. But we were pleasantly surprised. There are really no views in the rooms. Parking was a little scarce

Frustrated over non traditional circumstances

The problem was the system down and we had to make a cash deposit for the night. I think the whole situation could of been dealt better by the front desk staff and the deposit should not been close to the same price for a room for the night
