Allergic to fragrance and immediately noticed the strong scent of air fresheners. The rooms were "damp". The bedding had a damp feel and by morning clothes were damp. This could be a seasonal issue but made for a restless night sleep and an uncomfortable next day with damp clothes. The breakfast was a 10.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, convenient to restaurants and a hospital, excellent condition, helpful and friendly manager and staff, very good breakfast. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was fine except there was a terrible smell in the room which smelled like mold and I checked late in the evening and just dealt with instead of asking for another room

Staff were very nice but be the room was terrible. The AC did not work as intended and did not clear the humidity in the room. My clothes were damp, the nights were uncomfortable and the cleanliness was sub par.

Always wonderful

Clean and comfortable. Running the air conditioner made the room feel damp which I have found in several sleep inns. Check in was exceptional very friendly staff.

I stay at a Inn, hotel, etc in Fayetteville, AR twice a year. I have stayed at the most expensive(a few don't even serve breakfast much less coffee)! I was fed up and decided to try a less expensive alternative which I have experienced two to date. The first place was OK;not that clean and old. This go around I went with Sleep Inn. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room as well as the entire facility. It was quit and the staff was cheerful and accommadating. The Breakfast was fresh and had a variety to choose from.

Not bad

Comfortable bed, great shower water pressure, bathroom door would not shut. Front door had to be pushed to latch. Front desk check in person was amazing, kind, and courteous. Overall not a bad experience. Would stay again.
