Hotel is in need of updating as very tired. The carpet seemed very dirty. The hotel is dark with the exception of the lobby area. The beds are very lumpy and the furniture is old. For a 500 per night visit, I would expect better. The only great thing is that it is walkable to area restaurants and to the campus for events.

Lobby /bar-lounge was too bright and ambience would be more cozy if dimmed at night. Guestroom showers need cleaning/grout replacement from mildew.

I expected better for such a pricey hotel. Our room wasn’t super clean. The AC was all over the place; we couldn’t keep the temp consistent, and in the middle of the night on our last night the unit kept making this irritating ticking sound. My husband could hardly sleep because of it. The room didn’t have an ironing board. The water was scalding. Even the instant coffee was subpar. The entire hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Normally I can overlook the small stuff, but I spent $1,000 for two rooms and I expected better.

An average hotel. Nothing special about the property and not a lot of staff around to answer questions, so minimal hospitality. This was supposed to be a VIP Access for me thru my Expedia account; however, I am not sure that I received any VIP service. Slightly disappointing stay.
