Let you guests know that parking on the street by the insurance company next to you, even after hours or weekends gets your car towed to $166.13 at Christmas. Not to mention 8-9 miles away.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful, but check in was horrible because of Hotels.com only. I changed my travel dates and hotels.com assured me that everything would be communicated with the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel they informed that they were never updated on my new dates. Luckily they had one room left at an upgrade with no extra charge. The hotel was wonderful, hotels.com needs to do better.

The decor was perfect for a college town and done so well. The location couldn't be any better in relation to shops and restaurants. We are typically a Marriott family but very happy we chose this location for our visit to Fayetteville.

It was a wonderful experience. We plan to stay again. The only problem was not having advance knowledge of not being able to park a full-sized truck (F-250) in the garage. We were able to find street parking on the second loop around the block (weekend.). We’ll come with a smaller vehicle next time.
