The breakfast was great for the kids! Lots of fun toppings for the waffles, breakfast sandwiches and egg bites plus more for us to choose from! We ended up checking in late, easy check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean and well maintained.

No water when I checked in. I know it was a city issue but it was still an inconvenience. The real issue was that staff in the morning was inattentive and I had to flag them down to check out. The other issue was that breakfast was not good. Coffee was like mud and undrinkable, the juice machine only had water. No orange juice, cranberry juice or apple juice. I’m guessing that since staff was not in the ball that the machine ran out and no one paying attention and didnt fill. Elevator smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Positives: room seemed clean and bed reasonably comfortable.

The checkin process was lacklusted, the continental breakfast was lacking , there was no juiceand when we tood the staff that was attending to the breakfast bar she ignored us completely. Everything was half stocked and the options were very limited.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was nice but a little springy. They also had soaps in the shower and at the sink which was helpful. Breakfast was free and it was easy to get in the morning.

The room was clean and the staff was fine. The rooms are nice. Certainly good enough for our use for one very short night. We didn't have time for the amenities or really to notice much about the room other than it was very hot when we got there and took a while into the night to reach a temperature in which we could sleep. In the morning, their plow driver had packed so much snow around and under our car that we had a lot of trouble getting out of the space.
