Dirty rooms

The room smelled dirty. The floor was sticky to walk on and the curtains had stuff stuck on them. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. People were yelling and banging in the hallway half the night. The staff were very nice at the front desk. We will never stay there again.

The receptionist rudely told me because of where l was from, they have to put an extra $100 deposit / hold and it would be refunded after the room checks out fine with no damage. Strange to say that to an individual, but l guess policies are policies regardless if it sounds prejudice
