Good stay, just wish I could have paid a little le

Accommodating staff, especially my request for a first or second floor room. Good thing since only 1 elevator was working. Parking was easy in the garage, but I think they charged me an extra $6.50. On top of the $149/ night rate. Not used to paying for parking in the suburbs. Also, the indoor pool was closed. Delicious breakfast. Oatmeal "bar" with dozens of toppings including Blueberry compote, was a first. Room was clean and big.

I have stay many times before and dont remember paying for parking. There is nowhere else to park and to charge is ridiculous.

My stay at Springhill was good. The principle reason I didn't give it 5 stars, though, is because the first room my boyfriend and I were given REEKED of smoke, and we had to request a new room because of it. Given that there is even a sign saying that the hotel prohibits smoking in the rooms and building, it didn't seem that this wasn't taken into seriously given this experience. Aside from that, the front desk staff were kind and helped us promptly in giving us a different room. That, and the property was quiet and pretty clean. I do wish that both elevators were working at the time - me and some other guests learned that having only one elevator that moved pretty slowly between floors, on top of rather weird machinery noises, wasn't ideal.

They had one working elevator which made for a long wait each time. The pool isn’t open which sucks because that’s the reason I booked this hotel. The overnight worker had a bit of an attitude which was unfortunate. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Convenient location, near markets, restaurants and easy access to highways. Safe areas with plenty of covered parking. Friendly staff and quiet rooms. Only minor low keys are noisy air conditioner and limited washer and dryer.

Had a greay stay the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the pool being closed for maintenance. Definitely a nice and clean hotel.
