Love it here
I always stay there. It's convenient when i visit Paterson and close to mall and highway. The decor is very nice. The rooms can get pretty hot too.

There were no significant issues. The property is average/basic but not worth the price for the night. Breakfast options are limited. The rooms were not the cleanest and were a bit outdated. The staff was friendly, though.

This is my “go to” hotel when I have a change in work schedule or inclement weather near my office. The remodeled bathrooms are nice and with designer toiletries. I like having a wet bar with a fridge in the room. The wood features in my guest room, however, have signs of “wear and tear.” The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Breakfast is included, and there is an espresso bar which doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening.

Everything about my stay was great. The free breakfast could have been better. My only complaint is that they charged me $75 Pet cleaning fee. Then they charged me sales tax on the fee and an occupancy fee on the fee. I don’t believe there should be sales tax and an occupancy fee on a cleaning fee. Since I already paid those fees in addition to my room charge each night.

My go to Hotel when I’m in the area
I always enjoy staying at this Hyatt. The rooms are spacious. When I would bring my pet, they were very accommodating. Two things this trip: 1) Either turn/flip the mattresses. The one side sagged a bit. 2) I was “greeted” by a cockroach in the kitchen area if the room on the day of my departure.
