The hotel is very old and we were in an old room at first and it was dirty. Then we were put on a floor with updated rooms. Newer carpet and much cleaner

Stay regularly ehile visiting the casino. Blade and Brenda are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing!

The bathroom floor was a bit ditty. Especially behind the bathroom door. Room smelled like dogs had been there although we were told the room was animal free. And the tub drain was broken. We were also awaken around 7am by a dog barking & whining in the room across the hall.

Property was quiet. Policy of "No housecleaning except upon request" was not shared with us at time of check in, so trash kept piling up. Other than that, beds were comfortable, rooms quiet and clean.

Our first stay this week in a king room was disappointing. Needs updating, rug was filthy and the bathroom floor was slimy the bed linens were cleans and comfy. The place needs an over haul. The second stay was a double queen. Better but still just ok. Staff was great checking in and out easy. Wish the bar/restaurant was open later and had more than 1 person working bar and tables. Otherwise food was great. I would stay here again and recommend them but don’t expect much

Room smelled like smoke upon arrival. Day lost all electric on the right side of the room (side with tv, fridge, microwave) very much inconvenienced my family having to move room with a 2 month old.

Needs overhaul

The front desk clerk was pleasant & helpful. The place desperately needs updating. It’s rather shabby. I can deal with shabby if it was clean, but the place is filthy! The hallway & room carpet is stained & has cigarette burns ( how long has it been since you could smoke in public places?). The bathroom was disgusting. See pictures! If we had been able to find another hotel, we would not have stayed there. Not good!

Comfortable bed and great showers.

Room is comfortable and clean, we have 2 double bed and each got 4 pillows. The only problem is the bed is too high. You need to jump up to get to bed. It would be a problem for old people to do that. Bathroom is very clean and the shower is great.

Stay was okay

We stayed two nights in room 230 which was directly over the front lobby desk. Check in was smooth and clerk very friendly. I was woken around 3 am from loud base noise and music coming from the hotel lobby desk. I called front desk and asked if they could turn the music down and he did. The second night, there was no music so grateful that this didn't occur again. The room was comfortable but noise from slamming doors in hall way around 6:45 am got me up a bit earlier than I wanted. I would not stay here again due to the noise level as I am a light sleeper. I had asked for a quiet room at check in, so not sure what happened. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. I did notice the door to the cabinet for the minifridge needed the hinge repaired as door was almost falling off.
