Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated multiple electrical outlets and charging outlets. Entire facility was uncomfortably cold, and my room was icy. (This is July) When I turned on the heat, the AC unit exploded. There was no hot water. All of the staff were pleasant, polite, and helpful.

The bathroom was not clean and the bed sheets were damp. Musty smelling. Also saw cockroaches in the hall. Have stayed here many times before. It’s typically not this bad.
