This is a motel not really up to what I would expect of a Best Western. Very disappointing to say the least. Finding the place and the check in was confusing as nothing tells you this hotel is a Best Western.

The staff was friendly and funny! The property is pretty cool with the big waterfall outside and rooms are nice and well kept for the age of it. We would stay here again if ever in town.

We always try to stay here when traveling this way. The hotel is pet-friendly, and although the pet rooms are in older motel-style units, they are very large and clean. Parking is conveniently located just outside the door, making it easy for both people and pets.

We booked a room with the hot tub/jacuzzi and paid extra. The jacuzzi did not work and when I mentioned it at checkout it was pushed aside. My wife and I have stayed many times and always have lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The hotel offers a dinner discount card with the premium rooms. This trip they were conveniently out and offered no way to get the discount. I found the staff during checkin and out not helpful.

Place was very nice. Breakfast was one of the best we had that was included with the room. Cool lobby with stuffed wild animals. Just a nice stay.
