Great stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Debbie checked us in and she was so friendly and informative. The rooms were very clean, Quiet, large, and comfortable. The breakfast provided free of charge was magnificent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klamath, California to see the redwood national parks. OK

Quick easy access from 101, no views and very limited dining options although the restaurant attached to the casino was good and reasonably priced. It's closed on Mondays currently and only left one option

This was a great hotel, however you are in a complete “dead zone” when it comes to technology. WiFi was terrible and didn’t work and there was no cell service. There are also limited options for dining in and around this location. There is a bar across the street but if you have children they cannot go inside.

Truly in the heart of the Redwood Forest. Newer casino hotel, very small casino. Fire pit didn't have propane...was looking forward to a glass of wine that night. Nice hotel, clean and excellent service! Cantina downstairs has a big selection. Restaurant was satisfactory but the real gem was Willow Line Tap Room just a few minutes away for food and brews.

The night shift front desk lady is nice on answering our questions. But when we request for few hangers, she told us there are only fixed number of hangers in each room. The room has only one set of towers and one of them appears to be used. Also the beddings are not tidy. Even the pillows look used. She insisted it was due to the cleaning people. It’s not a big deal, but that give us a feeling that this property is not well managed.
